摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间造口门诊患者的应急管理策略。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,分析2020年2月7日至3月13日于该院造口门诊就诊的造口患者,同时收集2019年2月7日至3月13日同期造口门诊患者作为对照组,比较两组患者门诊就诊总量,就诊类型,造口并发症发生率及治愈率,造口门诊医护人员、患者及家属感染新型冠状病毒肺炎感染率。结果46例造口患者顺利就诊,与同期造口就诊类型及并发症治愈率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而造口并发症发生类型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医护人员、造口患者及家属均未发生新型冠状病毒肺炎交叉感染。结论在新型冠状病毒感染流行的特殊时期,造口门诊严格遵循国家和医院相关防疫标准,通过科学管理、重点培训、消毒防护等措施,在确保造口患者就诊治疗的同时有效预防和控制了新型冠状病毒的传播。Objective To explore the emergency management strategy of stoma clinics during the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods A retrospective cohort study method was used to analyze the stoma patients who attended the stoma clinic of our hospital from February 7 to March 13,2020,and collected the stoma clinics from February 7 to March 13,2019.Patients were used as a control group to compare the total number of ostomy outpatient visits during the epidemic,the types of visits,the incidence of ostomy complications,and the cure rate of ostomy complications.Results Forty-six stoma patients went to the clinic smoothly,and there were significant differences in the cure rate of the type of stoma during the same period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the type of stoma complications(P>0.05).None of the family members had cross-infection with the new coronavirus pneumonia.Conclusion During the special epidemic period of new coronavirus infections,the stoma clinics strictly adhered to the relevant national and hospital epidemic prevention standards.Through scientific management,key training,disinfection and other measures,the new corona was effectively prevented and controlled while ensuring the treatment of stoma patients.
