摘　　要：目的分析住院患者院前压力性损伤患者的现况,为压力性损伤防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析2014年1月1日至2019年12月31日上报至某三级甲等医院护理部的院前压力性损伤患者临床资料。结果6年共有1116例院前压力性损伤患者,其中源于家庭占74.5%,养老院占4.2%,其他医疗机构占21.3%;压力性损伤多见于呼吸系统和神经系统疾病患者,以骶尾部发生最多。住院治疗后压力性损伤恶化的患者占30.91%,恶化的患者中死亡率为28.99%,因病情危重放弃治疗的患者占43.19%。结论院前获得压力性损伤发生率高且后果严重,医疗界应高度重视院前获得压力性损伤,提高基层医疗机构和家庭对压力性损伤的防治能力。Objective To analyze the present situation of the inpatients with pre-hospital stress injury,in order to provides reference for the prevention and treatment of pressure injury.Methods The clinical data of inpatients′pre-hospital pressure injury which is reported to the Nursing Department of a 3A grade hospital from January 1,2014 to December 31,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 1116 inpatients caught pre-hospital stress injury during 6 years,of which 74.5%was from families,4.2%from nursing homes,and 21.3%from other medical institutions.Their pressure injuries were commonly respiratory and nervous system diseases,and the sacral caudal lesions occur most frequently.After hospitalization,the inpatients who had worsening stress injuries was 30.91%,among whom the mortality rate was 28.99%.The proportion of inpatients who abandoned treatment due to critical condition was 43.19%.Conclusion Pre-hospital acquired stress injury has a high incidence and serious consequences.The medical community should attach great importance to pre-hospital stress injuries and improve the ability of primary medical institutions and families to prevent and treat stress injuries.
