孟鲁司特片联合维生素B1口服对支气管哮喘患者肺功能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特片联合维生素B 1口服治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年7月该院收治的120例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和观察组,每组40例。阴性对照组患者接受常规治疗,阳性对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特与维生素B 1联合治疗。对比分析三组患者治疗前后肺功能与免疫功能变化,以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6周后,观察组患者第1秒用力呼吸容积、用力肺活量、每分钟最大通气量水平均较阴性对照组与阳性对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值均较阴性对照组与阳性对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特联合维生素B 1治疗可有效改善患者肺功能,提高其免疫功能,且安全性较高,促进患者身体恢复。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast combined with vitamin B 1 in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Selecting 120 patients with bronchial asthma in this hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 as research objects and who were divided into the negative control group,the positive control group and the observed control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the negative control group were received conventional treatment,patients in the positive control group were treated with montelukast on the basis of conventional treatment,and patients in the observed control group were treated with montelukast and vitamin B 1 on the basis of conventional treatment.The changes of their lung function and immune function were compared before and after treatment in three groups.Results The FEV1,FVC and MMV in the observed control group were higher than those in the negative control group and the positive control group after 6 weeks of treatment.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The values of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observed control group were higher than those in the negative control group and the positive control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with vitamin B 1 is effective in the treatment of asthma,which can improve the lung function,immune function and physical recovery.
