摘　　要：中德高级心理治疗连续培训项目(后简称中德班)是最早由中国与德国合作的长程、连续心理治疗培训项目。值此中德班创始人马佳丽荣获上海市白玉兰奖之际,本文详尽描述了自己与中德班的初遇,细致介绍了中德班的独特模式及带来的共同成长。从当初参加中德班到此后参与组织中德班并担任中方教师,笔者自感收获颇丰,也同时希望自己的这番经历与感悟能对心理治疗从业者有所启迪并共勉。The Sino-German Psychotherapy Consecutive Training Program,also named the Sino-German course,was the earliest long-distance,consecutive psychotherapy training program between China and Germany.On the occasion that the founder of the Sino-German course,Margarete was shortlisted for the Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award,the author elaborated his first encounter with the Sino-German course,and introduced in detail the unique mode of the course and the mutual growth it brought.From the time of participation in the Sino-German course to that he took part in the course and worked as the instructor from China,the author felt that he had a fruitful gain.At the same time,he hoped that his experiences and understanding could enlighten the psychotherapy practitioners and encourage each other.
