摘　　要：合作行为在人们日常生活中不可或缺,与个体自身及其所在群体甚至与国家民族的福祉息息相关。合作行为的影响因素主要来源于个体与环境,包括人格特征、个人期望、奖惩制度以及文化背景等影响因素,主要采用行为实验和问卷测量两种评估方式。文章从社会认知理论的视角对合作行为的测量、影响合作行为产生的个体与环境因素以及合作行为的效果进行了综述分析,并批判性地提出了未来可能的研究方向。Cooperative behaviors are an indispensable part of human daily living,and are closely connected to individuals and their groups,even the country’s welfare.The influencing factors of cooperative behaviors mainly come from individuals and the environment,including personality characteristics,individual expectation,the reward and punishment system,and cultural background,and the 2 major assessment methods are behavior experiment and survey assessment.From the perspective of social cognition theory,this article reviewed and summarized the assessment of cooperative behaviors,the individual and environmental factors that influenced cooperative behaviors,and the effects of cooperative behaviors.Furthermore,it also critically put forward the possible future research directions.
