摘 要:在养猪生产中人工授精是加速遗传改良的最好方法。公猪精液带毒也是人工授精经常面临的问题。正常饲养或健康的公猪精液中可能检测到细菌、衣原体和病毒等多种病原,因为产生精子的睾丸是机体免疫豁免区。公猪精液中一旦带毒,特别是病原微生物,除了影响精液质量、造成公猪不育外,在配种过程中还会引起母猪的感染,甚至再通过母猪垂直感染仔猪造成疾病的传播,给猪场带来巨大的经济损失。Artifi cial insemination is the best process to eff ectively accelerate genetic improvement in pig production.However,there are risks of disease transmission when introducing the semen from the outside as well as within the fi eld.A variety of pathogens,such as bacteria,chlamydia and viruses,could be detected in the semen from normalreared or healthy pigs,because the testicles that produce sperm are immunological privileged site of the body.When the semen carries poisons or pathogens,especially microorganisms,the quality of semen is negatively aff ected.It could result in boar infertility,infection to sows during breeding,and further disease transmission to piglets from sows,which cause signifi cant economic losses.
