纯棉深色系列省水工艺的探讨与应用

摘　　要：纯棉针织物采用中性皂洗剂RY-280与棉用省水固色剂RY-868组合的省水工艺处理后水质较清透。与传统工艺相比,新工艺可省水4~6缸,减少废水近30%,节能30%,节约时间20%;同时织物色牢度、顶破强力、吸水性等均有提高。After pure cotton knitted fabrics are treated with water-saving process of neutral soaping agent RY-280 combining with cotton water-saving fixing agent RY-868,the water quality is clearer.Compared with the traditional process,the new process can save 4~6 tanks of water,reduce wastewater by about 30%,save 30%of energy and 20%of time.At the same time,the color fastness,burst strength,water absorption,etc.are all improved.
