摘 要:随着全社会对功能性纺织品的重视,功能性纺织品的需求逐渐扩大,而这其中应用最广的是涤纶类功能性纺织品。为了减少纺织品生产过程中因为能耗和废水排放造成的环境污染问题,涤纶织物的轧染工艺和染色-功能性整理一浴法工艺逐渐引起重视,但是染料和功能性整理剂会在一浴法工艺中互相争夺化学活性位,造成色牢度和功能性降低。在浸轧和涂覆连用工艺下,实现了涤纶织物的轧染和功能性整理同时完成。结果表明,这种加工工艺既可以实现节能减排效果,又能改善色牢度和功能性降低的问题。通过阻燃、抗菌、抗静电3种工艺与染色的一浴法加工实验,可以看出该工艺具备大规模产业化的前景。As the whole society attaches importance to functional textiles,the demands of functional textiles are gradually expanding,and among them,polyester functional textiles are the most widely used.In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by energy consumption and wastewater discharge in textile production process,pad dyeing process and dyeing-functional finish one bath process of polyester fabric have gradually attracted the attention of the industry.However,dyes and functional finishing agent compete with each other for chemical active sites in one bath process,which results in the reduction of color fastness and functionality.In this work,the pad dyeing and functional finish of polyester fabric can be finished simultaneously under the process of dip rolling and coating.The results show that this processing technology can not only achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,but also improve the problem of color fastness and reduced functionality.Through the one bath processing experiments of flame retardant,antibacterial and antistatic processes and dyeing,it can be seen this process has the prospect of large-scale industrialization.
