摘  要:针对原液着色织物的染整工艺,研究了除油水洗温度、成品定形温度、还原洗以及弱氧漂对织物色光及耐水色牢度的影响。结果表明:原液着色织物的耐温性较好,温度适应范围宽;除油水洗温度为95~130℃、成品定形温度为130~170℃时,产品均满足品质要求;色光在还原剂、氧化剂作用下相对稳定,色牢度优良;在色牢度不佳时,可以采用还原洗返修色牢度;原液着色织物可以与黏胶混纺或交织开发新产品。According to the dyeing and finishing technology of dope-dye fabric,the effects of washing temperature of oil removal,setting temperature of finished product,reduction washing and weak oxygen bleaching on color and water fastness of fabric were studied.The results showed that the dope-dye fabric had good temperature resistance and wide temperature adaptation range.When the washing temperature of oil removal was 95~130℃and the setting temperature of finished product was 130~170℃,the products could meet the quality requirements.The color light was relatively stable and the fastness was good under the action of reducing agent and oxidizer.When the fastness was not good,it could be improved using reducion washing.The dyed fabric can be blended or interwoven with viscose to develop new products.
