摘 要:选取两种不同变色温度、变色效果的热敏变色材料,添加水性聚氨酯、增稠剂等制成多层次变色涂料,再通过涂层的方式将涂料涂覆在织物表面制备多层次连续变色织物。设计正交实验分析了水性聚氨酯用量、搅拌时间和烘干温度对变色织物变色性能及色牢度的影响。结果表明,制备多层次变色织物的最佳工艺为:水性聚氨酯用量40%,搅拌时间10 min,烘干温度90℃。该工艺制得的变色织物能够实现从深蓝色变为红棕色再变为绿色的颜色变化,具有变色反应迅速、褪色反应灵敏的特点,同时具有良好的耐摩擦色牢度、耐水色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度。Water-based polyurethane and thickener were added to the two selected thermochromic color-changing materials that have different color-changing temperatures and effects to prepare multi-layer color-changing paint.Then the paint was coated on the fabric surface to fabricate a multi-layer continuous color-changing fabric.An orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the influence of water-based polyurethane amount,stirring time and drying temperature on the color-changing performances and color fastness of the fabric.The results showed that the best process for preparing multi-layered color-changing fabrics was as follows:water-based polyurethane 40%,stirring time 10 min and drying temperature 90℃.The color-changing fabric prepared by this process can realize the color change from dark blue to reddish-brown to green,possesses characteristics of rapid color change and sensitive fading reaction,and has good color fastness to rubbing,water resistance and perspiration.
