摘　　要：泡沫染整前处理包括泡沫上浆、泡沫丝光和泡沫增白等,具有低上浆、易退浆、减少碱用量、降低烘燥能量、节约染化料、可单面丝光和增白等优势。阐述了纺织品泡沫染整前处理的种类和原理,分析了泡沫上浆、泡沫丝光和泡沫增白的工艺参数和处理效果,并进一步概述了浆料发泡的影响因素、丝光碱液中发泡剂的性能以及不同纤维用增白剂的选择,最后总结了泡沫前处理加工技术的缺点和局限性,并对未来的发展方向作出展望。Foam pretreatment included foam sizing,foam mercerization,foam whitening and so on,and it had the advantages of low sizing,easy desizing,reducing alkali dosage,reducing drying energy,saving dye,single side mercerization and whitening.The types and principles of textile foam pretreatment were stated,and the process parameters and effect of foam sizing,foam mercerization and foam whitening were expound⁃ed.The influencing factors of slurry foaming,the properties of foaming agent in mercerizing alkali and the choice of whitening agent for different fibers were further summarized.Finally,the shortcomings and limita⁃tions of the foam pretreatment were summarized,and the prospect for the future development was made.
