摘　　要：以气体SO3为磺化剂,原料1-萘胺通过磺化、转位、中和反应制备了1-萘胺-4-磺酸钠。考察了SO3与1-萘胺物质的量比、SO3体积分数、磺化温度、转位温度及转位时间对产品总氨基值及收率的影响。合成优化工艺:SO3与1-萘胺物质的量比2.5,SO3体积分数4.5%,磺化温度50℃,转位温度175℃,转位时间60 min。所得产品的总氨基值为78.87,收率为1.51。Sodium 1-naphthylamine-4-sulfonate was prepared by sulfonation,translocation and neutral⁃ization of 1-naphthylamine with SO3 gas as sulfonating agent.The effects of molar ratio of SO3 and 1-naph⁃thylamine,SO3 volume fraction,sulfonating temperature,translocation temperature and translocation time on the total amine value and yield of product were investigated.The optimized synthesis process was as follows:the molar ratio of SO3 gas and 1-naphthylamine 2.5,SO3 volume fraction 4.5%,sulfonating temperature 50℃,translocation temperature 175℃,translocation time 60 min.The total amine value and yield of the product were 78.87 and 1.51,respectively.
