摘 要:以SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法将钴酞菁(CoPc)负载到分子筛上制备了催化剂CoPc/SBA-15,采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM、BET对负载型催化剂的形貌和结构进行表征。以罗丹明B溶液为模拟处理对象,研究催化剂对染料的光催化降解性能。考察了不同条件对光催化效果的影响,利用正交实验法探究各催化条件对催化体系的影响,影响从大到小为催化剂用量、pH、氧化剂H2O2体积分数、染料初始质量浓度。在CoPc/SBA-15用量1.0 g/L、pH 4、H2O2体积分数1.0%,持续降解初始质量浓度为10 mg/L的罗丹明B溶液100 min时,降解效果达到最好,降解率为93.6%,光催化剂具有较高的稳定性,使用5次后催化效果依然很好。The catalyst CoPc/SBA-15 was prepared with SBA-15 as carrier and cobalt phthalocyanine(CoPc)supported on molecular sieve by impregnation method.The morphology and structure of the catalyst were analyzed by FT-IR,XRD,TEM and BET.Using rhodamine B solution as simulated treatment object,the photocatalytic degradation of dye by catalyst was tested.The influence of different conditions on the photocat⁃alytic effect was investigated,and the orthogonal experiment was used to explore the influence of different conditions on the catalytic system.The order of influence was as follows:catalyst dosage,pH,volume fraction of oxidant H2O2,initial mass concentration of dye.When CoPc/SBA-15 dosage was 1.0 g/L,pH 4,volume frac⁃tion of H2O2 was 1.0%,and rhodamine B solution with initial mass concentration of 10 mg/L was continuously degraded for 100 min,the best degradation rate was 93.6%.The photocatalyst had high stability and the cata⁃lytic effect was still very good after 5 times of use.
