摘　　要：DGT-6糊料的上浆前处理会降低羊毛运动服的花纹清晰度,不利于精细和大面积印花。为了提高羊毛运动服数码印花的清晰度、得色量及手感,根据前处理要求,选择不同用量的DGT-6进行上浆处理,测定羊毛运动服上浆印花后的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等。结果表明:从5项测试指标综合来看,当DGT-6用量为3%时,羊毛运动服数码印花的得色量最高,图案清晰,脱糊率及渗透性较好,上浆效果最好。The sizing pretreatment of DGT-6 paste would reduce the pattern clarity of wool sportswear,which was not conducive to fine and large area printing.In order to improve the clarity,color yield and feel of digital printed wool sportswear,according to the requirements of digital printing pretreatment,different amount of DGT-6 was used for sizing treatment.The line fineness,K/S value,degumming rate,permeability and color fastness of wool sportswear after sizing and printing were measured.The results showed that based on the comprehensive analysis of all the five test indexes,when the amount of DGT-6 was 3%,the col⁃or yield of digital printed wool sportswear was the highest,the pattern was clear,the degumming rate and permeability were better,and the sizing effect was the best.
