国内外英文科技期刊社交媒体类替代计量指标比较及启示

摘　　要：本文以《世界学术期刊学术影响力指数(WAJCI)年报》(2018版)中的国内外英文科技期刊为样本,从该报告中采集WAJCI指标数据,从Altmetric Explorer平台获取期刊社交媒体类替代计量指标数据,用以比较国内外英文科技期刊社交媒体类替代计量指标差异,探析传统指标与社交媒体类替代计量指标、社交媒体类替代计量指标间的相关性。结果显示,国外期刊的网络可见度强于国内期刊;WAJCI指数、总被引频次、影响因子这3个传统指标与大多数社交媒体类替代计量指标正相关;社交媒体类替代计量指标间具有较高相关性,国内期刊较弱于国外期刊;主动参与网络传播行为与社交媒体类替代计量指标呈正相关。这表明我国期刊要充分认识到社交媒体类替代计量指标对提升期刊影响力的作用,在考虑学科差异性基础上参与国际期刊替代计量指标研发;在设置版面容量时注重传统指标与替代计量指标的平衡;做好每篇刊发论文的网络传播与推广。This paper takes the World Academic Journal Academic Influence Index(WAJCI)Report of the sample of English of science and technology periodicals at home and abroad and WAJCI index data from the report,from Altmetric Explore index data access journals network transmission platform,to compare English sci-tech periodical network transmission index difference at home and abroad,analysis the correlation between traditional index and network transmission index,index of network transmission.The results show that the network transmission power of foreign journals is stronger than that of domestic journals.Three traditional indexes,WAJCI index,total cited frequency and impact factor,were positively correlated with most network communication indexes.There is a high correlation between network transmission indexes,the linkage effect between indexes of network communication of domestic periodicals is relatively weak.Active participation in network communication is positively correlated with network communication power index.This indicates that Chinese journals should fully realize the role of network communication index in enhancing the influence of journals and participate in the research and development of international journal network communication index on the basis of considering the difference of disciplines.We should pay attention to the balance between traditional and network communication index when setting the layout capacity.To do a good job in the publication of each paper network communication and promotion.
