鞋类材料中2种邻苯二甲酸酯的测定方法

摘　　要：采用超声萃取辅助气质联用法测定鞋类材料中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)的含量。该方法以正己烷为溶剂,在60℃下超声萃取鞋类材料中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,然后进行气质联用仪分析,外标法定量。实验表明,在0.5~20 mg/L范围内,方法的定量限分别为20 mg/kg(DMP)和25 mg/Kg(DEP),平均加标回收率为96.4%~103.1%,相对标准偏差RSD<2.0%(n=10)。该方法适用于鞋类材料中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的测定。Determination of Dimethyl phthalate and Diethyl phthalate in footwear materials by ultrasonic extraction-assistedgas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The Dimethyl phthalate and Diethyl phthalate in footwear materials was ultrasonically extracted at 60℃using n-Hexane as the extraction solvent,and detected by GC-MS and quantifided by external standard method.Results show that in the range of 0.5-20 mg/L,the limits of quantitation were 20 mg/kg for DMP and 25 mg/Kg for DEP,and the spiked average recoveries ranged from 96.4%-103.1%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.The method is suitable for the determination of Dimethyl phthalate and Diethyl phthalate in footwear materials.
