摘 要:《开罗宣言》发表后,国民政府开始筹划台湾的收复工作。接管台湾是一项庞大的系统工程,涉及政治、经济、文化、教育、司法、军事等诸多复杂而具体的问题。因此国民政府设立了台湾行政干部训练班,拟定学员招录标准,编写教科书和参考资料,培训接管专才,以承担此项重任。台湾行政干部训练班招收的118名学员,均来自国民政府各机关中年富力强的专业技术人员。在4个月的培训期间,这些学员学习了关于台湾的基础知识,研究收复台湾的具体问题,提高了行政能力。1945年10月25日,中国政府对台湾恢复行使主权。100名台干班学员分批来到台湾,在台湾接收与重建工作中发挥了重要作用,成为台湾复兴的中坚力量。After the Cairo Declaration was proclaimed,the National Government began to plan for the recovery of Taiwan.Taking over Taiwan is a huge and systematic project,involving many complex and specific issues such as politics,economy,culture,education,justice,military,etc..Therefore,the National Government set up a training course for Taiwan’s administrative cadres,worked out recruitment standards for trainees,compiled textbooks and reference materials,and trained the take-over professionals to undertake this important task.The 118 students enrolled in the training course were all middle-aged and powerful professional and technical personnel from various organs of the National Government.During the four-month training period,these trainees learned the basic knowledge about Taiwan,studied the specific problems of recovering Taiwan,and improved their administrative ability.On October 25,1945,the Chinese Government resumed the exercise of sovereignty over Taiwan.The 100 students of the Taiwan Executive Cadre Training Class came to Taiwan in batches,which played an important role in Taiwan’s reception and reconstruction,and became the backbone of Taiwan’s rejuvenation.
