摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)为急性呼吸道传染病,属中医"寒湿疫"等范畴。《伤寒论》六经辨证反映病邪由太阳之初逐步深入到厥阴之末,与COVID-19由外感初期逐渐发展到多器官功能障碍过程相似,以六经传变的视角来阐释COVID-19演变的过程具有一定可行性。新冠肺炎初起在太阳,外感疫邪可由表及里传入少阳与阳明,病在三阳经时当以驱邪为主;若机体正虚或失治、误治,疫邪可迅速传入三阴经,变生它证,病在三阴经时当以扶正为主,佐以驱邪。新冠肺炎临床可以单经发病,亦可出现合病、并病、多种变证及兼证,治疗当整体兼顾。此外,六经辨证临床当遵循驱除邪气、顾护胃气、保留津液、权衡缓急等治则。望些许浅识能对中医诊治新冠肺炎起到抛砖引玉的作用。The novel coronavirus,COVID-19,is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by new coronavirus.The six meridians of treatise on febrile diseases reflect that the pathogenic factors gradually go from the beginning of the sun to the end of Jueyin,which is similar to the process of COVID-19 from the beginning of exogenous to multiple organ dysfunction,so it is feasible to explain the evolution of the disease from the perspective of six meridians.COVID-19 started in the sun at the beginning.Exogenous pathogenic diseases can be introduced into Shaoyang and Yangming from the surface and the inside.When the disease is in Sanyang channel,it should be mainly exorcism.If the body is deficiency or is not treated or mistakenly treated,the pathogenic diseases can be quickly introduced into Sanyin channel,which can change into other syndromes.When the disease is in Sanyin channel,it should be mainly supporting and exorcism.COVID-19 can be treated as a whole by single channel,combined disease,multiple syndromes and concurrent syndromes.In addition,the six meridians syndrome differentiation should follow the principles of expelling evil Qi,protecting stomach qi,retaining body fluid and balancing the urgency.I hope that a little knowledge can play a role in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
