摘 要:随着新能源机组在电网中的占比越来越大,300 MW机组灵活性要求越来越高,深度调峰频繁。机组深度调峰时面临着锅炉稳燃性差、脱硝入口烟温及再热汽温低,锅炉安全、环保、经济运行受到严重威胁。为了解决这些问题,进行低负荷稳燃燃烧器改造与C1层换成富氧微油燃烧器等改造,稳燃效果明显,再热汽温未出现较低情况。With the increasing proportion of new energy units in the power grid,the flexibility of 300 MW units is required more and more,and deep peak regulation is frequent.During the deep peak load regulation of the unit,the boiler is faced with poor combustion stability,low flue gas temperature at the denitration inlet and low reheat steam temperature,which seriously threatens the safety,environmental protection and economic operation of the boiler.In order to solve these problems,the low load stable combustion burner transformation and C1 layer replacing with oxygen rich micro oil burner transformation are carried out.The stable combustion effect is obvious,and the reheat steam temperature is not low.
