科学发声矫治法在嗓音疾病康复中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨科学发声矫治法在嗓音疾病患者中的治疗方法及效果评价方法。方法:对60例嗓音疾病患者进行科学发声矫治法训练。结果:与训练前相比,患者的自我评估评分、GRBAS评估结果有较大改善。通过患者自我评估方法,对两组患者进行评分比较可见,没作过科学矫正法训练的患者其评分比作过的患者评分整体高出30分。通过GRBAS评估方法,对两组患者进行评分比较可见,患者的声音嘶哑总分度G、粗糙型R、气息型B等方面均得到了较大的改善。结论:科学发声矫治法能明显改善嗓音疾病患者的嗓音异常,提高嗓音疾病患者的嗓音质量。Objective To explore the treatment method and effect evaluation method of scientific voice therapy in patients with voice diseases.Method 60 patients with voice disorders were trained by scientific phonation correction.Results Compared with pretraining,patients'self-assessment scores and GRBAS assessment results were greatly improved.Through the method of patient self-assessment,the two groups of patients were compared with the score,it was obvious that the score of patients without scientific correction training was 30 points higher than the overall score of patients.Through the GRBAS evaluation method,the two groups of patients with score comparison,the total score of hoarseness G,rough R,breath B and other aspects of patients had been greatly improved.Conclusion Scientific phonation and correction can obviously improve the abnormal voice of patients with voice disorders and improve the voice quality of patients with voice disorders.
