摘  要:简述了压电陶瓷微位移器的驱动原理,介绍了微位移器的性能和应用情况;针对压电陶瓷驱动电路的特点,设计了一种可动态应用的驱动电源,并给出了详细的电路原理图。以MSP430和DRV2700为核心器件,以及相关电路构成电压控制型驱动电源。介绍了主要模块电路的功能和实现,并对驱动电源进行测试。结果表明该电源具有线性度高、分辨率高、输出纹波小等优点。In this paper,the driving principle of piezoelectric ceramic micro displacement device is briefly introduced,and its performance and application are introduced.According to the characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic driving circuit,a dynamic driving power supply is designed,and the detailed circuit diagram is given.MSP430 and DRV2700 are the core devices,and the related circuits constitute the voltage controlled driving power supply.The function and Realization of the main module circuit are introduced,and the driving power supply is tested.The results show that the power supply has the advantages of high linearity,high resolution and small output ripple.
