摘 要:探寻西南沙岛礁火工品储存环境的特点以及环境因素影响火工品质量变化的作用机理并提出应对措施。分析西南沙岛礁高温、高湿度、高盐雾等特殊环境特点和岛礁环境火工品储存特点,以及引起火工品质量变化的原因及其作用机理。火工品在西南沙岛礁环境储存过程中,其质量受到多个复杂因素影响,其中影响火工品质量变化的最主要因素是温度、湿度和盐雾,针对该环境特点以及岛礁储存的实际情况,提出了通过增加环境监测设备准确记录环境参数、改进周边自然环境来改善火工品储存环境,加强库房条件建设,提高库房隔热防晒和防潮能力,严格落实储存环境检查、阵地使用时避免阳光直晒的规章制度的应对措施。所提出措施可有效改善岛礁环境下火工品储存质量、延长火工品使用寿命,保障火工品可靠性。To propose countermeasures of ammunition storage in reef islands of West and South China Sea,the characteristics of ammunition storage in reef islands environment and the effect mechanism of environmental factors on ammunition quality change were explored.The storage quality was affected by many complicated factors and the main ones were temperature,humidity and salt fog.According to the factual environment character and ammunition situation,ammunition environment should be improved by recording the environmental parameters accurately and improving the natural environment.Warehouse conditions should be improved to strengthen the heat-proof and moisture proof.Storage rules such as checking warehouse carefully and avoiding being shined directly should be implemented.The quality and reliability of ammunition could be improved effectively and the lifetime of ammunition could be prolonged.
