盾构机内循环水自动反冲洗装置的应用研究

摘　　要：文章主要介绍了盾构机内循环水自动反冲洗、自动补水和补压装置。实现了盾构机内循环水的自动清洁,自动调压,自动补水的控制。本系统解决了由于盾构机长时间运行,造成盾构机内部水源污染,对电气元件造成损坏,管路堵塞等问题,为盾构机的可靠施工提供保障。This paper mainly introduces the automatic backwashing,automatic water replenishment and pressure replenishment device for circulating water in the shield machine.The automatic cleaning of circulating water in the shield machine,automatic pressure regulation and automatic water replenishment control are realized.This system solves the problems of pollution of the internal water source of the shield machine,the damage to electrical components,and the blockage of the pipeline,due to long-term operation of the shield machine,thus providing guarantee for the reliable construction of the shield machine.
