摘　　要：我国在全球新冠肺炎疫情中较早实现了经济运行的基本恢复,显示出我国经济具有强大韧性与巨大潜力。中国特色社会主义制度中的人本理念为经济韧性与潜力开辟了空间;党的统一领导为经济韧性与潜力提供了组织保证;中国特色社会主义基本经济制度是我国经济韧性与潜力的物质力量;中国特色社会主义的重要经济制度释放了微观经济主体活力;中国特色社会主义行政体制为经济韧性与潜力提供了公共服务保障和政策工具。China has achieved a basic recovery of economic operations early in the global spread of the COVID-19,showing that China's economy has strong resilience and great potential.The people-oriented concept in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has opened up space for economic resilience and potential.The unified leadership of the Party provides an organizational guarantee for economic resilience and potential.The basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the material force of China's economic resilience and potential.The important economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has released the vitality of microeconomic subjects.The socialist administrative system with Chinese characteristics provides public service guarantee and policy tools for economic resilience and potential.
