护理风险管理在肿瘤化疗合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析护理风险管理在肿瘤化疗合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法试验样本为2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的70例肿瘤化疗合并糖尿病患者,以随机数字表进行分组,观察组与对照组各35例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行护理风险管理,就两组患者护理风险事件发生率和护理满意度进行比较。评价护理质量。结果观察组患者护理风险事件发生率(2.9%)较之对照组(20.0%)更低,护理质量评分较之对照组更高,护理满意度(97.1%)较之对照组(77.1%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗合并糖尿病患者实施护理风险管理有助于降低其护理风险事件发生率,并提升护理满意度,构建和谐的护患关系。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in the nursing of patients with cancer chemotherapy combined with diabetes.Methods The test samples were 70 cancer chemotherapy patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.The grouping was carried out on a random number table.There were 35 cases in the observation group and the control group each.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group performed nursing risk management based on the control group,and compared the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Assess the quality of care.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group(2.9%)was lower than that of the control group(20.0%),the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate(97.1%)was higher than that of the control group(77.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management for patients with cancer chemotherapy and diabetes can help reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve nursing satisfaction,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
