微创经皮肾取石术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的研究微创经皮肾取石术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法该次研究中的观察对象均选自2018年5月—2019年10月期间在该院接受治疗的肾结石合并糖尿病患者,共抽选82例,所有患者经抛硬币法被分为两组,参照组对患者进行开放手术,研究组予以患者微创经皮肾取石术,比较两组患者手术后临床指标、结石清除效果以及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间以及术后肠功能恢复时间分别为(51.06±12.44)mL、(72.86±7.21)min、(6.89±1.01)h,结石清除率为95.1%,并发症发生率为7.3%,其各项数据均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾结石合并糖尿病患者应用微创经皮肾取石术可提高其结石取净率,降低患者并发症发生率,并可改善患者临床指标。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones with diabetes.Methods The observation subjects in this study were selected from patients with kidney stones and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from May 2018 to October 2019.A total of 82 patients were selected.All patients were divided into two by tossing a coin.Patients in the reference group received open surgery,and the study group received minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy to compare the clinical indicators,stone removal effects,and complication rates between the two groups.Results In the study group,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and postoperative bowel function recovery time were(51.06±12.44)mL,(72.86±7.21)min,and(6.89±1.01)h,respectively.The stone clearance rate was 95.1%,with complications The incidence rate of symptom was 7.3%,and the data were significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for patients with kidney stones and diabetes can increase the rate of stone removal,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the clinical indicators of patients.
