综合护理干预在老年糖尿病合并肺炎护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的评价对老年糖尿病合并肺炎护理中实施综合护理干预临床价值。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年8月82例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组(41例,实施常规护理)、研究组(41例,实施综合护理),比较组间护理前后血糖水平、炎症因子水平、护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)、PCT(降钙素原)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理7 d时研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT水平均较常规组低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.12%,较常规组78.05%高(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者护理干预中,实施综合护理干预可改善其炎症水平及血糖水平,并对提升护理满意度具积极意义,效果显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly diabetes with pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with diabetes and pneumonia from January 2018 to August 2019 in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into routine group(41 cases,routine care)and study group(41 cases,comprehensive care),compare blood glucose levels,inflammatory factor levels,and nursing satisfaction between groups before and after nursing.Results The differences of the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,IL-6(interleukin-6),hs-CRP(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein),and PCT(procalcitonin)levels between the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant(P>0.05);At 7 d of nursing care,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,IL-6,hs-CRP,and PCT levels in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.12%,which was 78.05%compared with the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes and pneumonia,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve their inflammation level and blood glucose level,and has a positive significance in improving nursing satisfaction,and the effect is significant.
