探究人性化护理干预在肝病联合糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察肝病合并糖尿病患者实施人性化护理干预效果。方法选取该院2015年9月—2016年4月收治的120例肝病合并糖尿病患者,按照随机法平均分为实验组和参照组,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理,参照组实施常规护理。对比两组患者临床护效果。结果实验组护理后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖值明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后实验组舒适度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论应用人性化护理对肝病合并糖尿病患者有较好的护理效果,能够提高患者舒适度。Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with liver disease and diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with liver disease and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from September 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random method.The experimental group implemented humanized nursing based on conventional nursing,and the reference group Perform routine care.Compare the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose values of the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the comfort score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing has a better nursing effect for patients with liver disease and diabetes,and can improve the comfort of patients.
