摘 要:目的探讨社区综合干预对2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态患者糖代谢水平与睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2019年10月期间该社区81例2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,划分A组(n=40,常规护理)和B组(n=41,社区综合干预),比较两组糖代谢水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、睡眠质量(入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍等)。结果干预后,B组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于A组;B组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)低于A组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态患者中,应用社区综合干预,能够控制患者的糖代谢水平,提高睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention on glucose metabolism and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes with depression.Methods From November 2018 to October 2019,81 patients with type 2 diabetes and depression were selected as the research objects,and the random comprehensive balance method was used to divide into group A(n=40,routine care)and group B(n=41,Community Comprehensive Intervention),to compare the levels of glucose metabolism(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),sleep quality(sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,etc.)between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glusose and glycosylated hemoglobin of group B were lower than those of group A;the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of group B was lower than group A,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes and depression,the application of community comprehensive intervention can control the patient's glucose metabolism and improve sleep quality.
