摘 要:针对当前涤纶低弹丝生产工艺优化设计方法存在的电能消耗量高和色牢度低的问题,提出基于液体分散染料的涤纶低弹丝生产工艺优化设计方法.对液体分散染料的生产流程进行分析,在工艺碳排放、物料碳排放和能源碳排放的基础上构建涤纶低弹丝生产的碳排放函数,结合液体分散染料的生产特点和涤纶低弹丝生产的碳排放函数建立涤纶低弹丝生产工艺参数优化模型,采用粒子群算法对涤纶低弹丝生产工艺参数优化模型进行求解,通过对生产工艺参数进行优化实现涤纶低弹丝生产工艺的优化.实验结果表明,所提方法的电能消耗量低、色牢度高.In view of the problems of high power consumption and low color fastness in the current process optimization design method of polyester low elastic yarn,this paper proposes a method of optimization design of polyester low elastic yarn production process based on liquid disperse dyes.This method analyzes the production process of liquid disperse dyes,and constructs the carbon emission function of polyester low elastic yarn production based on the process carbon emission,material carbon emission and energy carbon emission.Combined with the production characteristics of liquid disperse dyes and the carbon emission function of polyester low elastic yarn production,the optimization model of polyester low elastic yarn production process parameters is established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for polyester low elastic yarn.The optimization model of production process parameters is solved,and the production process optimization of polyester low elastic yarn is realized by optimizing the production process parameters.The experimental results show that the proposed method has low power consumption and high color fastness.
