摘　　要：本文以复杂适应系统理论为视角,以中国某项目团队在坦桑尼亚W村开展的农业技术分享实践为案例,对涉及的三方主体--中国项目设计团队、坦方执行团队及W村示范户群体进行了行为互动研究。研究表明,W村尽管是微观视野的一个村落,但其农业技术系统相关的政府治理、技术应用规则以及个人行为都随着中国技术的分享介入而更加丰富多样。在促成技术分享项目实践目标以及技术创新的达成过程中,微观系统中坦双方的团队工作规范及工作方式也发生了重塑,一定程度上体现出中坦双方农业技术合作关系的弹性和动态性。This article based on the perspective of Complex Adaptive System theory,investigates the practice of agricultural technology share carried out by a Chinese project team in W Village,Tanzania as a case study and researches the three groups of the share process.The result shows that although W village is a small spot,its agricultural technology system has become more and more diversified with the share of Chinese technology.In this microscopic system,each subject changes rules of itself through the way of passive compromise and active adaptation to facilitate the achievement of the practical goals of technology transfer project.In the process of constantly changing behaviors to adapt to the environment,it also contributes to the emergence of innovations in technology landing.
