摘 要:主要总结了近年来面心立方金属晶界工程技术的研究进展。从介绍退火孪晶的形貌、形成机制及提高低ΣCSL晶界比例的微观模型分析了退火孪晶优化晶界特征分布的机理。然后详细阐述了利用晶界工程技术优化晶界特征分布的加工工艺及若干影响因素,如固溶处理、时效处理、形变量和形变温度等。最后,讨论了晶界工程技术的应用对面心立方金属材料性能的影响,并指出了该领域未来的研究方向。The progress in grain boundary engineering of FCC metals in recent years was summarized.The morphology,formation mechanism of annealing twins and the mechanism of optimizing the distribution of grain boundary characteristics of annealing twins were analyzed by introducing the microcosmic model of increasing the ratio of lowΣCSL grain boundaries.Then,the processing technology optimizing grain boundary characteristic distribution by grain boundary engineering technology and some influencing factors such as solution treatment,aging treatment,deformation amount and deformation temperature were described in detail.Finally,the effect of the application of grain boundary engineering technology on the properties of the face-centered cubic metal material was discussed,and the future research direction in this field was pointed out.
