摘　　要：目的:探讨机构联合家庭新康复模式对孤独症患儿早期康复的影响。方法:选取2018年6月1日~2019年6月1日收治的孤独症患儿87例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组40例和对照组47例,对照组采用家庭新康复模式,观察组采用机构联合家庭新康复模式;比较两组治疗前后生理疗效[采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)]、心理疗效[采用心理教育评定量表中文版(C-PEP)]。结果:治疗后,两组ABC各维度得分及总分、ATEC各维度得分及总分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组C-PEP各维度得分及总分均高于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:机构联合家庭新康复模式能改善孤独症患儿的生理疗效及心理疗效。建议医务人员结合孤独症患儿实际情况选择性运用。Objective:To explore the influence of new rehabilitation model of institution combined with family on the early rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods:Eighty-seven children with autism admitted from June 1,2018 to June 1,2019 were selected as study subjects.The children were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(47 cases)by random number table method.The control group adopted the new family rehabilitation model,while the observation group adopted the new institution combined with family rehabilitation model.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of physiological efficacy(ABC,ATEC)and psychological efficacy(C-PEP).Results:After treatment,the scores of ABC and ATEC in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores and total scores of all dimensions of C-PEP in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The new rehabilitation model of institution combined with family can improve the physiological and psychological efficacy of children with autism.It is suggested that medical staff should use it selectively according to the actual situation of children with autism.
