摘　　要：自杀是一个严重的公共健康问题,对自杀行为的理解、评估及预测一直是广大临床工作者和研究者的巨大挑战。近年来,研究者开始探索自杀尝试者的注意偏向,并尝试将注意偏向测量作为理解自杀行为和预测未来自杀风险的评估工具之一。然而,对自杀尝试者的注意偏向研究仍处于初步阶段。本文对近年来自杀尝试者的注意偏向研究进行回顾,为未来进一步实验研究和临床评估提供线索。Suicide remains a serious public health concern.The understanding,assessment and prediction of suicidal behavior have been a great challenge for clinicians and researchers.Researchers in recent years have begun to explore the attentional biases of suicidal attempters,and attempt to use measures of attentional bias as an assessment tool for understanding suicidal behavior and predicting future suicide risk.However,studies on attentional biases of suicidal attempters still remain at a preliminary stage.Therefore,attentional biases of suicidal attempters are conducted to obtain clues and ideas for further research regarding the experimental study and clinical evaluation.
