摘 要:目的:采用主客体互倚模型考察工作家庭冲突对婚姻质量的即时和长时效应,以及配偶支持的中介作用。方法:选取双职工新婚夫妻185对,采用工作家庭冲突量表、婚姻质量问卷和亲密关系支持问卷,间隔一年进行2轮施测。结果:丈夫的工作对家庭冲突和妻子的家庭对工作冲突对丈夫当前的婚姻质量有着直接的消极影响。丈夫的家庭对工作冲突会通过妻子感知到的配偶支持对妻子当前和一年后的婚姻质量产生间接的消极影响。结论:针对工作家庭冲突的夫妻干预应聚焦在减少丈夫的家庭对工作冲突,提高妻子感受到的配偶支持。Objective:Based on a two-wave data,the present study investigated the cross-sectional and longitudinal effects of work-family conflict on marital relationship and the mediating role of spouse support.Methods:Totally 185 dualearned and newly-married couples in Beijing were selected,and completed the questionnaires of work-family conflict,marital quality and spouse support two times at one-year intervals.Results:Significant negative direct associations linking husbands’work-to-family conflicts and wives’family-to-work conflict at Time 1 to husbands’marital quality at Time 1 were found.For wives’marital quality,furthermore,husbands’family-to-work conflict had negative indirect effects on current and subsequent wives’marital quality via wives’perceived spouse support.Conclusion:Work-to-family conflict and family-to-work conflict have different effects on marital quality.Conjugal interventions aiming at work-family conflict should focus on reducing husbands’family-to-work conflict and improving wives’perceived spouse support.
