摘 要:声敏剂是一种对于超声辐射具有增敏活性的分子物质,二者联合应用能有效抑制肿瘤,已经在多种肿瘤细胞系的体内、外研究中被证实。声敏剂主要分为卟啉类和非卟啉类声敏剂,它们在超声的刺激下能够产生-单线态氧或者羟基自由基等活性氧簇,从而诱导肿瘤细胞死亡。文章主要探讨了不同种类的声敏剂在肿瘤细胞内的富集程度,对比了它们联合超声产生活性氧的效率、抑瘤效果及生物学机制。Sonosensitizer is a kind of molecular substance with sensitizing activity to ultrasonic radiation.Combined application of sonosensitizer and ultrasound can inhibit tumor effectively,which has been proved in vivo and in vitro studies of various tumor cell lines.Sonosensitizer can be divided into porphyrins and non-porphyrins,and they can produce singlet oxygen or hydroxyl free radicals and other reactive oxygen species under the stimulus of ultrasonic to induce tumor cell death.The paper mainly discusses the enrichment degree of different kinds of sonosensitizers in tumor cells,and compares the generation efficiency of reactive oxygen species,anti-tumor effect and biological mechanism of them combined with ultrasound.
