急诊快速反应团队对脓毒症休克患者救治效果的研究

摘　　要：目的 为了提高脓毒症休克患者在急诊的快速诊断和救治.方法 2018年重庆医科大学附属第一医院急诊科建立了脓毒症休克的急诊快速反应团队,并制定脓毒症休克快速预检分诊标准和预警触发标准,建立脓毒症休克快速反应团队的标准化配合和救治流程.自2018年6月1日至2019年3月31日,共抢救脓毒性休克患者98例作为观察组,回顾性分析2017年同期重庆医科大学附属第一医院急诊科共抢救脓毒症休克患者102例作为对照组.结果 观察组脓毒症1 h集束化治疗依从性总体高于对照组(P<0.05),急诊抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),一周病死率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 脓毒症休克急诊快速反应团队的建立提高了对脓毒症休克患者的救治.Objective In order to improve the rapid diagnosis and treatment of septie shock patients in emergency.Methods In 2018,Our hospital established Sepsis Rapid Response Team(SRRT).The standard of pretest triage and the criteria for early warning standard,responsibility of SRRT and emergency rescue process were formulated at the same time.From June 1,2018 to March 31,2019,a total of 98 patients were treated as the observation group,and 102 patients were treated as the control group the same period in 2017.Results The Hour-1 Bundle trealment compliance of sepsis in the observation group was generally higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).the success rate of emer-gency rescue was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the one-week mortality was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of emergeney rapid response team for septic shock improves the treatment of septic shock patients.
