污水处理厂脱水污泥焚烧物料与能量衡算实例分析

摘　　要：对80%及60%两种含水率脱水污泥的焚烧进行了物料衡算与能量衡算。得出污泥焚烧是一种重要的减量化污泥处置方式。80%含水率污泥需要更多的水分蒸发热,产生的有机炭热值远远高于60%含水率污泥;单位处理绝干污泥需要投加的外部能源,两者相差不大。本文为污水厂制定污泥处理含水率提供了重要参考。Material balance and energy balance were calculated for the incineration of 80%and 60%water content dehydrated sludge.It is concluded that sludge incineration is an important reduction sludge disposal method.The 80%water content sludge needs more water evaporation heat,and the calorific value of organic carbon is much higher than that of 60%water content sludge.The difference is not significant for external energy of unit dry sludge.This paper provides an important reference for the water content of sewage sludge treatment.
