摘　　要：本文用稀释接种法和压差法分别测定国家有证标准样品、地表水、工业废水及含有生活污水的城市市政污水处理厂的进水口和排水口等各种实际水样,对两种方法的测定结果进行比对,总结了两种方法的优缺点及适用范围。In this paper,dilution inoculation method and differential pressure method are used to determine the national certified standard sample,surface water,industrial wastewater and the water inlet and outlet of municipal sewage treatment plant containing domestic sewage.The results of the two methods are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods and the scope of application are summarized.
