摘　　要：疟疾广泛流行于热带和亚热带地区,是非洲和东南亚地区重要的公共卫生问题之一。我国自2017年以来,已无本地疟疾病例报告,但如何做好境外恶性疟输入病例救治及抗疟药物监测,防止输入病例引起的本地病例发生或暴发尤为重要。抗疟药物作为疟疾防治的主要手段之一,有效遏制了全球疟疾流行,但随着抗疟药物的长期使用,恶性疟原虫耐药性问题,特别是对青蒿素类药物耐药性问题是目前疟疾防控的难题之一,本文就我国恶性疟原虫对主要抗疟药物抗性研究进行综述。Malaria is prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions,and is one of the public health problems in Africa and Southeast Asia.Although since 2017 there has been no indigenous malaria cases reported in China,it is still of particular importance to treat and care imported falciparum malaria cases,monitor anti-malarial drugs,and prevent the occurrence or outbreak of local cases caused by imported cases.The anti-malarial drugs have long been one of the main approaches for malaria control and have effectively controlled the global transmission of malaria.However,with the long-term use of anti-malarial drugs,the problem of drug resistance of P.falciparum,particularly the resistance to artemisinin drugs,has become one of the major challenges for malaria prevention and control at present.In this review,we summarize the researches on the resistance of P.falciparum to some main anti-malarial drugs in China.
