温肺止咳颗粒对哮喘患者肺功能及FeNO的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温肺止咳颗粒联合西药对哮喘患者肺功能及FeNO的影响。方法将60例哮喘患者随机分为对照组30例与治疗组30例。对照组予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂及茶碱药物控制,治疗组在对照组基础上加用温肺止咳颗粒,疗程10 d。比较2组治疗前后肺功能及呼出气NO指标。结果治疗组FEV1(2.51±0.86)L、FEV1%(72.83±9.75)%、FVC(3.52±0.79)L、呼出气NO(35.93±14.05)ppb,对照组FEV1(1.94±0.90)L、FEV1%(82.46±9.14)%、FVC(3.17±0.68)L、呼出气NO(45.13±14.98)ppb,2组数据比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论温肺止咳颗粒联合西药治疗哮喘患者能显著改善患者的肺功能,降低气道高反应,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effects of Wenfei Zhike Granules combined with western medicine on lung function and FeNO in asthmatic patients.Methods:60 asthma patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases per group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation and theophylline drugs,and the treatment group was added Wenfei Zhike granules on the basis treatment of the control group.Ten days was a course of treatment.The lung functions and exhaled NO indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment got FEV1(2.51±0.86)L,FEV1%(72.83±9.75)%,FVC(3.52±0.79)L,exhaled NO(35.93±14.05)ppb and the control group got FEV1(1.94±0.90)L,FEV1 in the control group%(82.46±9.14)%,FVC(3.17±0.68)L,exhaled NO(45.13±14.98)ppb.There was a significant difference between the data of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wenfeizhike Granules and western medicine in the treatment of asthma patients can significantly improve the lung function of the patients and reduce the airway hyperresponsiveness of the patients,and has a better effect.
