冰火两重灸联合归脾汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察冰火两重灸联合归脾汤治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法选取72例心脾两虚型失眠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予冰火两重灸联合归脾汤治疗,对照组单独给予归脾汤治疗,对比观察2组患者治疗前后的PSQI评分以及临床治疗效果情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PSQI评分及中医证候较治疗前降低(P<0.05),组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论冰火两重灸联合归脾汤能明显改善心脾两虚型患者的睡眠质量,改善其倦怠乏力、心悸等症状,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of ice-fire moxibustion and Spleen-invigorating Decoction in treating insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency.Methods:72 insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency were selected as the research objects and divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases per group according to random number method.The treatment group was treated with ice-fire moxibustion combined with Spleen-invigorating Decoction and the control group was treated with Spleen-invigorating Decoction alone.The PSQI score before and after treatment and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores and TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those of the prior treatment(P<0.05).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ice-fire moxibustion combined with Spleen-invigorating Decoction can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with heart-spleen deficiency and improve their lassitude,fatigue,palpitations and other symptoms,and has clinical application value.
