摘　　要：[目的/意义]在新科技革命下,传统发现规律特点、总结、认识性和提供谋略的分析情报逐渐变为以探析复杂规律、判读为基础特征的发展情报。但事实却不完全如此,科技情报工作却尚未完全助力新科技革命的普及与发展。为了更好地促进和把握"第一生产力",提出了当前科技情报工作应重点布局的领域、范围和方式。[方法/过程]文章通过分析新科技革命与以往科技革命在特征上的不同及带给当下科技情报工作在载体、工具、方法、思维方式和追求目标上发生的转变,预判出科技情报工作的未来发展方向和工作重点。[结果/结论]新科技革命,将以往从跟随模式的确定性的传统情报转变成领跑模式的解决不确定性的发展情报,即将以往为决策服务的科技情报转变成为发展情报、以科技为基础的跨界情报和创新思维范式下的"思考情报",并成为促进新科技革命发展的动力。[Purpose/significance]The new technological revolution has shifted the traditional analytic information featuring the conversion of induction and reference to strategy,to the development information featuring an insight into complex rules and interpretation.However,this is not the case in that technology information work has not fueled on the extensive application and development of new technological revolution.For further promotion and exploitation of the"primary productive force",the areas,scope and means of key tasks deployed in the current technology information work are proposed.[Method/process]In this paper,the potential direction and key points of the technology information work in future are prejudged by considering the different characteristics between the new technological revolution and historical technological revolutions and the changes in medium,tools,methods,way of thinking and target as a result of the new technological revolution.[Result/conclusion]New technological revolution has led to the transition from the passive,certain traditional information,to the active development information that is intended to address the uncertainty issue.Exactly speaking,the technology information that previously served decision is changed to the development information,the technology-based cross-disciplinary information and the"thinking intelligence"under the innovative thinking mode,eventually converting to the motive force driving for the new technological revolution.
