摘　　要：连锁超市的经营是通过配送中心实现商品大规模的统一采购和统一配送,获得更高的成本和竞争优势,配送中心的配送体系决定了物流配送效率,影响着连锁超市的发展经营。文章是以徐州家乐福超市为背景,首先是对连锁超市几种物流配送的模式进行了解,然后在系统上分析徐州家乐福的发展状况及配送中心的现状,根据分析配送中心存在的问题,从而提出了优化配送体系的两个策略:配送中心选址优化策略和车辆调度优化策略,利用配送中心的定性分析进行配送中心选址,以及基于节约里程法对车辆调度进行优化,对提高配送效率做了详细阐述和应用实施评价。The management of chain supermarkets is to realize the large-scale unified procurement and unified distribution of goods through the distribution center to obtain higher costs and competitive advantages.The distribution system of the distribution center determines the efficiency of logistics distribution and affects the development and operation of chain supermarkets.In this paper,based on the background of Xuzhou carrefour supermarket,the first is to understand several supermarket chain logistics distribution mode,and then on the system analysis of Xuzhou carrefour's development and the present situation of the distribution center,according to the analysis of the problems existing in the distribution center,and puts forward the optimization of distribution system of two strategies:distribution center location optimization strategy and vehicle scheduling optimization strategy,using the qualitative analysis for distribution center location selection of distribution center,and save mileage method based on vehicle,degree of optimization,do to improve the efficiency of distribution and application are introduced in detail,the implementation of evaluation.
