摘  要:Ω形波纹管通常用于高压场合,但在许多实际应用中需要Ω形波纹管按多工况设计,既要承受较高的内压,又要承受负压或真空。EJMA标准提供了Ω形波纹管承受内压时的计算方法,但该标准明确说明受负压的Ω形波纹管不包含在标准中。目前国际上的其它波纹管膨胀节的设计标准和规范也均未涉及受负压的Ω形波纹管的计算。本文在之前的研究成果基础上对Ω形波纹管的强度计算公式进行了进一步的分析研究和改进,提出了受负压或真空的Ω形波纹管计算的建议,该建议已被EJMA标准采纳。The toroidal bellows are usually subjected to high pressure,but in many applications,the toroidal bellows needs to be designed under multiple operating conditions.The toroidal bellows need to bear the high internal pressure as well as the external pressure or vacuum condition.The EJMA standard provides the calculation method for toroidal bellows under internal pressure,but it clearly states that the toroidal bellows under external pressure are not covered.At present,the other standards or codes for bellows in the world also do not involve the calculation of toroidal bellows under negative pressure.This paper revises and analyses the strength equation of toroidal bellows under external pressure or vacuum condition based on former research,and submitted the proposal to EJMA on calculation of toroidal bellows under negative pressure or vacuum,which has been included in EJMA Standard.
