摘　　要：本文阐述了农业科技成果转化具有显著的地域性、高风险性、公益性强以及有别于发达国家的独特性等特性,并分析了农业科技成果转化面临的问题,从切实提高我国农业科技成果的整体质量和市场竞争力、完善科技成果转化机制和加强对新型职业农民的培训力度等3个方面提出了促进农业科技成果转化的对策,以期为实现农业现代化提供参考。The article explained that the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements had the characteristics of significant regionality,high risk,strong public welfare,and uniqueness from developed countries,and analyzed the problems in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,put forward countermeasures to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements from three aspects:effectively improving the overall quality and market competitiveness of agricultural science and technology achievements,improving the mechanism of science and technology achievements transformation and strengthening the training of new professional farmers,in order to provide references for realizing agricultural modernization.
