摘  要:研究旨在分析甘蔗尾全混青贮饲喂技术与甘蔗尾青贮加精料饲喂技术对杂交水牛增重、肉用性能及血液生化指标的影响。采用完全随机分组设计,选取12头体重(527.8±80.0)kg年龄相近的健康育肥后期杂交公水牛,随机分为2组,即饲喂甘蔗尾青贮+精料组(对照组)和甘蔗尾全混青贮组(试验组),试验时间共105 d,其中预饲期14 d,正式试验期91 d。结果表明:①干物质、粗蛋白、能量及纤维等营养素的摄入量对照组均显著高于试验组(P<0.05),同时,平均日增重也是对照组显著高于试验组(P<0.05);②试验组背膘厚、肌间脂肪含量以及大理石花纹评级均高于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);③除了试验组的白蛋白及白球比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)外,总蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及空腹葡萄糖均差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,甘蔗尾全混青贮质量稳定,利于贮藏及运输,可降低养殖场(户)的技术水平要求,饲喂效果与同等条件下甘蔗尾青贮加精料饲喂基本一致。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of sugarcane top silage with concentrate and mixed silage from sugarcane tops and concentrate on growth performance,beef quality and blood biochemical indexes of water buffaloes.Twelve male water buffaloes with similar age and weight(527.8±80.0)kg were used in this study.All animals were randomly divided into two groups and each group containing six water buffaloes.The diets treatments were sugarcane top silage with concentrate(control group)and mixed silage from sugarcane tops and concentrate(experimental group),respectively.The duration of the experiment was 105 days,including 14 days adaptation period.The results showed that the intake of dry matter,crude protein,total energy and fibre of water buffaloes in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of water buffaloes in the control group was also significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The back fat thickness,intramuscular fat content and marbling grade of water buffaloes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,but no significant difference was observed(P>0.05).No significant difference on the concentration of total protein,globulin,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,triglyceride and fasting glucose(P>0.05)between control and treatment group except the serum albumin and albumin and globulin ratio of water buffaloes in treatment group higher than control.It can be concluded that the quality of mixed silage from sugarcane tops and concentrate was stable and effects on the performance of water buffaloes were similar with sugarcane top silage with concentrate diet under the same feeding conditions.It will be helpful for the feed storage,transportation and decrease the technological requirement to farmers.
