脂肪营养在母猪生产中的研究进展

摘　　要：文章论述了脂肪营养特性以及脂肪营养在母猪生产中应用的研究现状,阐述了脂肪原料在母猪不同阶段的不同应用方法,对母猪生产性能、哺乳期背膘损失、采食量、断奶后发情间隔时间以及新生仔猪体重、增重、成活率、断奶重等相关影响。本文结合目前脂肪营养研究的前沿领域,对母猪脂肪营养研究提出了意见,希望能为脂肪在母猪生产上的应用和相关科学研究提供理论参考依据。This article discussed the research status of fat nutrition characteristics and the application in sow production,and illustrated various application methods of fatty ingredients in different stages of the sow,including the effects on sow production performance,backfat loss during lactation period,feed intake,intervals between weaning and estrus,and the related effects of newborn piglet weight,weight gain,survival rate,weaning weight and so on.Some recommendations of sow fat nutrition research have been put forward based on the current frontier areas of fat nutrition,with the purpose of providing theoretical references for the application of fat in sow production and related scientific research.
