摘 要:为利用配电自动化系统实现断线故障定位,定量分析了断点两侧伴随不同过渡电阻接地情况下的中压馈线电压以及配电变压器低压侧电压特征。提出了一种基于馈线终端单元(FTU)和配电变压器终端单元(TTU)上报的电压稳态信息的断线故障定位方法。并对其适应性进行了分析。对分布式电源接入对断线故障特征的影响也进行了分析。提出了单相接地故障处理技术和基于电压特征的断线故障处理技术协调互补的建议。基于PSCAD软件对示例配电网进行了仿真以验证提出的方法,仿真结果表明文中提出的断线故障电压特征正确、断线定位方法有效。To locate the line-broken fault based on the distribution automation system(DAS),on both sides of the broken point,voltage characteristics of medium-voltage feeders and low-voltage sides of distribution transformers with different grounding transition resistances are quantitatively analyzed.An approach of line-broken fault location is put forward,which is based on the steady state voltage information sent from feeder terminal units(FTUs)and transformer terminal units(TTUs).The adaptability of the proposed method is analyzed.The influence of distributed generators(DGs)on the characteristics of line-broken faults is also analyzed.In addition,it is suggested that the single-phase-to-ground fault processing technique and the voltage characteristics based line-broken fault location technique should be coordinated to complement each other.An example of distribution networks is simulated based on PSCAD to verify the proposed approach.The results show that the voltage characteristics of line-broken faults concluded in this paper are correct and the corresponding fault location method is effective.
