摘　　要：云南三环中化化肥有限公司通过对磷铵装置进行相关技术改造,添加磷石膏、硫黄等含硫原料,采用管式反应器工艺,实现了利用大型磷铵装置生产含硫磷铵新产品。介绍含硫磷铵产品的配方优化、装置技改、安全控制措施及生产指标控制。Yunnan Three-circles Sinochem Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.has carried out the relevant technical transformation of ammonium phosphate plant,adding sulfur-containing raw materials such as phosphogypsum and sulfur,and adopting tubular reactor process to produce sulfur-containing ammonium phosphate products in large-scale ammonium phosphate plant.The formulation optimization,device technical transformation,safety control measures,and production indexes controlling in the production of sulfur-containing ammonium phosphate are introduced.
